Dutton Ranch season 2 premiere date hopes at Paramount+

Following the big season 1 finale today at Paramount+, what more can we say regarding a Dutton Ranch season 2? Is there more to be excited about?

If there is something more that we should say here first and foremost, it is the rather simple fact that we are going to be seeing more of the Yellowstone spin-off. That was greenlit a little while ago and from the moment the show drew great ratings, it was clear that there would be more. This is a series that does now have a new showrunner and by virtue of that, everyone can start to press onward and some other plans can be made for the next chapter.

So when are you actually going to see Dutton Ranch back? Well, we would be personally hopeful that a season 2 will come in the spring or summer of next year. This is not a show that takes a long time to film but at the same time, you do have to get cameras rolling again! Also, Paramount+ has the final say on when they bring the show back and from their vantage point, they may not want to rush it.

For now, the only thing that we really can do is sit back and be hopeful for whatever the next chapter of the show will hold. We do not think that there is necessarily a reason to dramatically change too much from the first season and with there already being a flagship show here, it also feels like you have solid bones. There will be of course some drama, a little bit of action, and hopefully, even more tie-ins with the original show. For the most part, season 1 did limit some of that outside of our core group of characters.
