FROM season 5 premiere date hopes over at MGM+

Given that this weekend does mark the FROM season 4 finale over at MGM+, what better time is there to look towards the future?

First and foremost, we should go ahead and note that the Harold Perrineau drama has been officially greenlit for another chapter at this point, meaning that you do not have to worry about that at all. However, there are still questions surrounding when it will return, let alone how it will end. (This is going to be the final season, which is certainly a tough pill to swallow in its own right.)

If we are looking at some past seasons of the series for reference, typically there is a wait of around 14-18 months between seasons. Why anticipate something different happening here? The early renewal means that everyone could plan ahead a little bit quicker and luckily, there are no extensive visual effects that suggest the show is suddenly going to get the Stranger Things treatment and be off the air forever.

Thanks to everything we have laid out already, our general sentiment is that FROM will return either in the summer or early fall of next year. While it is unfortunate to know that the end is almost here, at the same time we appreciate the idea that we’re going to be getting closure and answers to a lot of the series’ big questions. Does that mean that these answers are going to be satisfying for everyone? Hardly, but it is still something worth thinking about and/or being excited for. (Just remember that series finales are among the hardest thing for any show to pull off, and we tend to think that is going to be even more the case with a series like this.)
