The Morning Show season 5 premiere date: A June 2026 update

As many of you may know at this point, The Morning Show season 5 has been in active production for a rather long time. Are we inching closer to a premiere date?

It may go without saying but of course, we would love nothing more than have further news to share on the Apple TV series soon. It is one of the biggest anchors of their entire calendar and just by the basis of that alone, we would love to find out more in regards to its long-term plans.

Unfortunately, here is where we do have to share at least a decent amount of bad news: We are still some time away from learning anything more regarding a release date. We do think that Apple is going to rush to get The Morning Show out this year, especially since they are a streaming service that tends to prioritize quality more than anything else. With that in mind, our general feeling is that first and foremost, they will work to ensure that the cast and crew have the time they need to wrap up filming and then after that, move seamlessly into post-production and everything else that this entails. After all of that, they can try to figure out the best spot to air the show in terms of the calendar.

For now, we hope to see Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, and the rest of the cast back moving into the first half of 2027. This makes the most sense to us, especially since Apple may need a top-tier hit at that point given that new seasons of Severance and Pluribus are likely still a reasonable amount of time away. We just hope that no matter when we get it, the next part of the story does end up living up to the hype.
