FROM season 4 episode 8 sneak peek: Boyd comes clean

At this point in the season we are well-aware of the possibility that almost anything could happen at any given moment, especially when you think about how many storylines are playing out. You’ve got the tunnels, Sophia, Fatima and the golem, Henry’s struggles, and then of course what is happening with Boyd. He has had a lot of visions as of late, including of Abby. The problem? He has not been willing to share a lot of information on that … at least until now.

If you head over to the official Instagram now for the show, you can see a preview (thanks to Men’s Journal) where Harold Perrineau’s character did his part to open up to Kristy about some of what he’s going through. His reasoning for it seems to be pretty simple but, at the same time, with a motive in mind. He is trying to do whatever he can at this point to just press onward and help the town without a lot of distractions, even if it means he goes on a little bit of medication in order to make that happen.
Our general feeling at the moment is that as we move forward, Boyd is going to need to be honest about what he is going through — at the same time, though, you can say the same thing about most of the other people in the town. They have all hidden various secrets over time and while you may be able to occasionally understand their reasoning behind it, it really does feel as though they will need to work together to find their way out of this town.
