Love Island USA season 8 episode 3: Are Melanie & Sincere done?
Going into Love Island USA season 8 episode 3, we would have said that Melanie & Sincere were the strongest duo in the villa. So, what in the world happened?
Well, it feels like this situation is a classic case of two people operating a little bit differently. It made sense for Melanie to be a little bit blindsided that Sincere went and spoke with Kayda, especially in the way in which he chose to do so privately. She just spent time with two other guys; not only that, but she is coupled up! Why does this need to happen right now? That is something that you do have to wonder about if you are Melanie, and we totally get her trust issues.

Now, it is true that Sincere has explained himself, noting that he would choose to stay with her a hundred times if the situation came down to it. Yet, these are just words, and it is easy to say that when you are not in a situation where the coupling is on the line.
In the end, we do come out of this episode thinking that this is a relationship that could easily snowball into an avalanche … and beyond just that, we certainly think that there are stronger couples currently in the villa. After all, communication is one of the most important parts of any relationship — if the two are not on the same page, where are they? (Also, we wonder how Melanie would feel watching some of Sincere’s confessionals back, as they tell a slightly different story than what he is saying to her.)
