The Vampire Lestat spoilers: First look at ‘Detroit’ premiere

In just a matter of days the premiere of The Vampire Lestat is going to be coming to AMC — are you ready for all that entails?

Well, we’ve known for a good while now that a big part of the show is going to be focused on Sam Reid’s character working to be a part of an epic rock-star tour, one that he embarks on in order to get some measure of power back following the release of Daniel Molloy’s book. With all of that being said, though, just how does all of this kick off? That is one of the things that, at least for now, we are seeing the show try to figure out. It may be a little bit of an ongoing process getting from point A to point B with some of this, so we are already trying to prepare for that in advance.

For now, what we can say is that the title of The Vampire Lestat premiere is “Detroit.” Meanwhile, if you look below, you can see the synopsis that offers up a far greater sense of what is actually ahead:

In the end, it is our hope here that this episode will allow us a better chance to see the formation of the rest of the season. While Lestat is going to understandably be the focus of the early going here, remember that there will be a lot more happening beyond just him — many favorites from the first two seasons will be back in some capacity.
