Fallout season 3 premiere date: A June 2026 update
Now that we are officially into the month of June, we are technically closer than ever to Fallout season 3 arriving on Prime Video. With that being said, though, is news imminent when it comes to what lies ahead?
The first thing that we really should note here is that if we are lucky, we are going to be getting a little more intel on the next chapter of the series at some point in the reasonably near future. Production seems to be taking place throughout the summer moving into the fall — all signs then point to a 2027 release. We know that the producers have said on multiple instances now that one of their goals is to keep the time between seasons as small as humanly possible and of course, that makes a great deal of sense for them. You want to ensure that you are able to constantly engage your audience, and also make sure they do not just move on to other shows instead.

As great as it would be to learn more about a launch date this month, that isn’t happening. Instead, the sort of stuff we would keep your eyes peeled for in the near future are either behind-the-scenes photos, casting updates, or simply reminders that the show is going to keep mixing the familiar with the new. Just like a lot of season contained significant nods to Fallout: New Vegas, we would not be shocked if season 3 references a number of other games. Sure, the references may not be as direct or overt, but we do think they will still be very-much there.
(From where we sit, we would not be shocked if there were more nods to Fallout 4, mostly because it is the most-recent game in the series and by virtue of that, it is the one that the largest percentage of viewers would remember.)
