Widow’s Bay season 1 episode 9 spoilers: Last before finale
Next week on Widow’s Bay season 1 episode 9, are we going to see even more chaos and carnage hit the fan? That almost goes without saying. This is a show that has long been unafraid of taking big risks, and given that we are almost to the penultimate episode of the entire season, isn’t it fair to anticipate that things are going to get even more bonkers?
At this point, it feels like they have to — especially when there are so many different questions that need answering. Take, for starters, whether or not the Boogeyman was actually the one from the past. Or, whenever or not Tom is going to be leaving the island at all with Evan. Are those dreams of seeing a Red Sox game completely and utterly dashed?

Ultimately, the idea of a storm may be reason enough for Evan and Tom to avoid travel for the time being. The larger question is whether or not everyone is going to end up in the same place for long enough to get to the bottom of what is really going on in this town. Is someone messing with everyone? Given that the boogeyman is seemingly dead and Richard is gone, it is absolutely fair to wonder more and more as to what sort of force of evil could still be coursing through the community at this point.
