Is CIA new tonight on CBS? We certainly think that after what you saw last week, you will 100% want more of Bill and Colin on your screen.

As for whether or not we are about to get it … well, this is where a little bit of the unfortunate news comes into play: Last week was the season 1 finale! We are lucky to know that a season 2 is coming, so at least you do not have to worry about that. Not only that, but it is going to be back in the fall! The Nick Gehlfuss – Tom Ellis drama is going to have a proper full season this go-around, and that most likely includes a premiere in either late September or early October.

As for some of what we are hoping to see within CIA season 2, it really begins with an opportunity to dive deeper into the lives of some of these characters. You can consider the first season in a way to be an introduction to some of the people who are front and center; from here, it is a chance to learn more as to what makes them tick. You can dive deeper, introduce some new people, and of course lean into what worked over the course of season 1.

Is there a chance that we’re going to get some crossovers? Well, let’s just say that we would be shocked in the event that this does not happen. This is something that all Wolf Entertainment franchises love, even if it is important for the two shows here to stand on their own feet. (They will continue to air back to back on Monday night.)
