Dutton Ranch season 1 episode 3 promo: Who is at gunpoint?

Just in case you needed a reminder that Dutton Ranch is going to waste zero time before getting absolutely nuts, we have it for you now!

In general, we would say that a big part of the first two episodes of the Paramount+ hit was about establishing the world and how Rip and Beth fit into it. Now, there is a real chance here to chip away at it, piece by piece — and of course, that excites us greatly.

If you head over to the link here, you can see the promo for what is ahead that hints at a couple of major events.

1. Beth takes a trip – It seems as though she is heading up to Dallas, presumably to find some new partners for her beef venture. Yet, at some point, she may run into Joaquin? He is one of the most business-savvy members of Beulah’s family and he’s smart. It is easy to make a Jamie Dutton comparison due to attire alone, but we tend to think he’s motivated by very different things — and it will be exciting to know more about them.

2. Rip is threatening Zachariah – We just met the guy, who was down on his luck before being hired at the recommendation of Azul. However, we know that he watched Rip leave before he went off and found his new train station. Is he some sort of spy? Well, if nothing else, Cole Hauser’s character is going to have him at gunpoint by the time we make it to the end of this episode. Suffice it to say, we are more than a little bit curious as to what this could mean.
