The Pitt season 3 spoilers: More on the time-frame

As many of you know at this point, we are going to have a chance to see The Pitt season 3 take place at a new time of the year. In the past, Noah Wyle has noted that we would see Dr. Robby and some other characters back a few months after the events of season 2.
So why not get a few more specifics now courtesy of the actor / executive producer? Just in case you needed more insight about the hospital drama’s time period in relation to Thanksgiving, we now have it.

Speaking per USA Today, here is a little bit more of what Wyle had to say:
“We’re about to start up production on Season 3 … It’s set in early November, just before the holidays, ushering in a whole new set of emergencies and complications.”
Basically, this means that the show will be set prior to Thanksgiving … but what about Veterans Day on November 11? That is still somewhat of a mystery, but we’re not sure that the writers will set it on any particular holiday this time around given that this is something that we just saw with the Fourth of July. We tend to think that in general, a lot of the emergencies could be tied to the season, especially with temperatures cooling down.
As for what else we know
Wyle has said in past interviews that Robby will have gone on the sabbatical, and he may not necessarily come right back to the hospital when he returns to Pittsburgh. Meanwhile, it does not appear as though he is adopting Baby Jane Doe, but that infant will be referenced or discussed in some way moving forward.
