The Bear season 5 premiere date, final season confirmed

For those who are eager at this point to see The Bear season 5 arrive over at Hulu, we do have some news that we are happy to celebrate.

After all, let’s begin here by noting that we do have a premiere date now for the final batch of episodes: June 25, exactly one year after the arrival of season 4. They also confirmed that the next batch of episodes will, in fact, mark the end of the show. We have been hearing chatter about that for a while but now, the moment is actually here.

So what will we have a chance to see over the course of time? Well, we tend to think the answer is complicated. There are only eight episodes in the final chapter and we tend to think that on some level, the central narrative here is going to be trying to learn a little bit more about whether or not there is a way for Carmy to find a legitimate love of cooking. He already gave up the restaurant to Sydney and Sugar and now he is somewhere off in the wind. We tend to think that the final episodes will follow this journey, alongside what a lot of other characters are up to.

In general, our hope here remains that we are going to have a chance to see a few moments of lightness amidst the chaos, and also that there is a chance for at least a reasonably-happy end to the story. After all, is that really too much to ask for? We do recognize that this is a show that tries to be realistic, but still, most of these people have gone through unspeakable traumas over the course of time.
