Shrinking season 4 premiere date: When to expect reveal

It has been a good week now since the end of Shrinking season 3 over on Apple TV, so why not take a moment to look ahead?

Of course, one of the things that are beyond grateful for already is the rather-simple fact that a season 4 has already been ordered, and that the writers do seem to have a pretty specific plan for the future. That is important given that the show originally had a three-season arc and you do not want to extend it simply for the sake of doing so. Instead, the plan should always be leaning more into what makes sense for these characters — which could mean for Jimmy, an opportunity to better understand what happiness truly looks like.

So when are we going to hear more about a season 4 premiere date? Well, first and foremost, we really just have to wait for production to start and as of right now, there is no clear timeline on that. Our hope here remains that come this summer the cast and crew will be back, and that could lay the groundwork for a premiere in the spring of next year. That means that early next year, there is a chance that some sort of specific reveal could be out there. This is a hopeful outcome, but one that still feels possible.

In the meantime, just know that there are more hits on the way from executive producer Bill Lawrence! Not only is the fourth season of Ted Lasso coming this summer, but we are hoping that Bad Monkey season 2 is going to arrive later in the fall. (Remember that production of the Vince Vaughn show wrapped up not too long ago.)
