The Pitt season 2 episode 14 spoilers: More on Dana’s fears
As we move into The Pitt season 2 episode 14 on HBO Max next week, there are absolutely many different reasons for concern.
After all, consider Robby’s dilemma here. Does he really want to leave? Or, does he really want to be anywhere at all? This is a guy who has run from his problems all season and more and more people are aware of it. At this point, we tend to think Dana recognizes this more than most. This is someone who knows him greatly, largely due to how long she has been around the hospital with Noah Wyle’s character.

In a new interview with Variety, Katherine LaNasa indicated why moving forward, she will be intent on ensuring that Robby stays — and for many reasons:
“I think that if he leaves, she’s there all alone, and Dana is a person who doesn’t face her own need for help either … But more importantly, there is just something very organically stressed out about her with him not being OK and not making a commitment to come back. It’s that kind of unwillingness to answer me or sometimes even look at me. That would be her worst nightmare, if anything happened to him. They’ve been through this for decades together. It would be like losing a spouse in a way. So I think she’s just up to here with her inability to reach him. He’s vital to her.”
If Dana can’t get through to Robby, who could? Well, let’s just say the onus could lie in Jack Abbot, someone else who knows the guy rather well. We imagine that there are a lot of intense conversations that could be coming there, and we just hope that there is more clarity by the time we get around to the finale.
