The Witcher season 5 premiere date: An April 2026 update
Is there a chance that we are going to hear more about The Witcher season 5 between now and the end of this month, including a major premiere date?
Obviously, this is one of those situations where we would love to have a lot more to say regarding what is set to be the final chapter of the adaptation. Filming is already completed for it, and we are happy to not have to worry all that much about that. Because of that, the only big question that remains is when we are going to have a chance to actually see it. Post-production has been going on now for a while, and we know this is a complicated process due to all the visual effects. A reasonable amount of patience is certainly required.

Because of that need for patience, this is where we do have to come in here with the news that more than likely, we’re going to be stuck waiting a little while still to learn more about what is ahead. It feels like we are probably going to be stuck waiting until the late summer at the earliest to see The Witcher back — with that in mind, an announcement on an exact date will likely come in either May or June.
Is there a chance that we will learn something a little earlier than that? Absolutely, especially since Netflix can be a little bit unpredictable — no matter, it will be a little while still before we see Geralt engage in any further battles. The best thing that we can say that moment here is to be patient.
