A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms season 2 premiere date: Spring update
At some point before the spring is over, are we going to learn more about A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms season 2, including an official premiere date?
Obviously, the first thing to state here is quite simple: We would love nothing more than to learn something further about the HBO show sooner rather than later. After all, the first season was in a lot of ways a revelation, endlessly entertaining and somehow even better than we ever would have imagined. It was six episodes and while we wish it was longer, every single story we saw was perfectly paced. With that in mind, it is really quite hard to be greedy.

So as we do look towards the future here, we should note that season 2 has been filming for quite some time, and there is a theoretical chance we could learn more about that through the rest of the spring. What is rather nice here is that the Game of Thrones prequel is really working to ensure that there are not incredibly long waits between seasons.
Now that we have said that, here is where we will say that unfortunately, the odds of us getting season 2 premiere-date news this spring are low. The earliest we imagine HBO bringing A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms back is in the first few months of 2027, and that means that we could learn an official premiere date this fall. Sure, the wait for official news is awful, but this is still SO much faster a turnaround than the vast majority of shows the premium-cable network has.
