The Last of Us season 3 spoilers: Meet Yara and Lev!
Just in case you wanted more reasons to be hyped for The Last of Us season 3 over on HBO, let’s just say we have them within!
According to a new report right now coming in from Deadline, you are going to see Michelle Mao (Bridgerton) come onto the show moving forward as Yara. Meanwhile, Kyriana Kratter of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is also now on board as Lev. These two are Seraphites, and will play at least some sort of significant presence in Abby’s world moving forward. (As many out there know at this point, Kaitlyn Dever’s character is going to be extremely important moving into the next chapter of the story.)

The aforementioned site also does mention that this is “likely” to be the final chapter of the video-game adaptation, which we think does throw even more question marks on what has been a rather difficult situation to figure out in the first place. Just remember for a moment here that we’ve heard varying reports on that from HBO and Craig Mazin already, and our personal hope is just that no matter what, there is a way to conclude things that will offer up some sort of emotional closure. We recognize that this is a story about a post-apocalyptic world, but at the same time there is a larger message in here about peace and justice.
For Ellie, does she need to kill Abby before she finds it? Meanwhile, is Abby going to actually feel better now that she has managed to achieve her revenge? We still tend to think that there will be even more debates on all of this as we move forward.
