Paradise season 2 episode 5 preview: A return to the bunker?

In just under 24 hours, we are going to be seeing the arrival of Paradise season 2 episode 5 on Hulu and of course, we do not blame anyone who wants more information at this point. This is a show that consistently delivers all sorts of great stuff from start to finish, but the question that we have at this point relates mostly to the focus of the story to come.

After all, consider for a moment that so far this season, the vast majority of the story has taken place outside the bunker. Sure, that makes some sense given that the main driver of the narrative is Xavier, and he has also been outside said bunker. Yet, is all of this going to be changing at some point soon?

Well, if you have seen the synopsis for season 2 episode 5 already, then you are likely aware there are no real clues in it as to what’s going on for Sinatra and others: “Xavier meets Gary and learns what happened to Teri on The Day.” None of that suggests that a return to Paradise is imminent, but could that change down the road? Well, provided that Xavier does eventually find Teri, we tend to think that we’re going to have an opportunity to get back to the community in due time. Also, we recognize that there is an episode about Jane coming up at some point, so this is another thing that for now you can look forward to.

In general, here is your reminder that the bunker is still a valuable part of the series and while you could be waiting for a little while to see what is ahead, there are still a few different answers that could be coming.
