Tracker season 3 spoilers: Will Colter, Billie ever get together?
As we prepare to see the rest of Tracker season 3 on CBS, is there something more that will be happening with Colter and Billie?
Well, first and foremost, we should say that this relationship is gloriously complex — and that is a part of what makes it great. Because Billie is played by Justin Hartley’s real-life wife in Sofia Pernas, we know that it is easy assume the characters would get together. At first, it would have felt rushed but now, it is clear that there is some chemistry there and things have developed over time. The two, despite their professional rivalry, do care about each other — and that was abundantly clear on this past episode.

Speaking in a new interview with TV Insider, Hartley did indicate that things will continue to progress for these two characters — and also indicated that there is a massive what-if at the center of it:
… My hope and goal is always to make the show as emotionally deep, connected, and complex as we possibly can. I love the procedural element of our show. I think it keeps the pacing up, but I think when you fall into this plot-heavy type of show, that’s just plot, plot, plot, plot, and no character, that’s not really something that I’m quite frankly interested in doing. So, the character work, and the relationships, and the emotional connectivity, and all of that stuff mixed in with the procedural is a show that I’m really jazzed about doing and interested in doing. So that’s what we’ll continue to do. And I think their relationship will be ever evolving, as will all the other ones as well on the show. But that’s a really interesting special relationship that those two have, someone from your past that you just wonder if this would’ve gone this way, maybe this would’ve happened. Everybody probably has those at one point in their lives. And so, yeah, I think that’s something that you just keep exploring that relationship, and it’s an ever-evolving thing with the two of them.
Hartley did indicate that you are going to be seeing more of Pernas this season, but declined to say the capacity that she will turn up. Let’s just hope that it is exciting, and also delivers a few more twists and turns, as well.
