The Traitors US season 4 episode 9: Who was murdered?

Following the big cliffhanger at the end of this past The Traitors US episode, did we get some drama that lived up to the hype?

Well, let’s just start by saying that the show put itself in an almost-impossible spot with the whole ultimatums, as it seems completely bonkers that anyone would be willing to die over becoming a Traitor. Of course Eric Nam took Rob Rausch up on his “offer,” but he is going to remain in the game for long? Kristen Kish is already circling him now because of the way in which he behaved at the roundtable, and even if Rob didn’t just pick him to then get him out, that could still happen.

The first person who was actually taken out in this episode was Dorinda Medley, who had about as unceremonious an exit as you could possibly have. For all the sentiment about how she absolutely needed to come back after her early exit, she really did not bring too much to the table. The same goes here for Stephen Colletti, who seemed nice enough but may have had his best moment by telling the Faithful that they “blew it” in banishing him from the game.

We do think that a part of this season totally now hinges on whether or not Rob can pull off the win, especially since there are not too many major game-players left. Natalie is the last big-time gamer, and she could easily be taken out by the jack-in-the-box murder. Meanwhile, Tara and Johnny have put an even bigger target on themselves by suddenly revealing to everyone that they are the best of friends.
