The Dutton Ranch premiere date: The best-case scenario

If you have missed some of the relatively recent announcements regarding The Dutton Ranch at Paramount+, then know that the series is coming in the relatively near future. That was confirmed by the streaming service itself, who said that the show is coming “soon” in a recent sizzle reel.

So what more exactly is there to be said? Well, we do think there is some space to chart a best-case scenario for the Yellowstone spin-off, one starring Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly as they establish their future separate from John’s famous ranch.

Given that the word “soon” is doing a lot of legwork here, we do think that a start in May or June fees feasible. This would also make some sense when you think about the plans that the streamer has already established. You are going to have a chance to see The Madison, another spin-off from the world of Taylor Sheridan, on the air starting in March. This means that there will be at least something to tide you over in the meantime. This also makes some additional sense given that The Dutton Ranch has been actively in production as of late.

So how connected will this show be to Yellowstone other than that aforementioned characters? That is something that we are still left to wonder a lot about, especially since Kayce is getting a separate spin-off and we do still wonder if a 6666 show is still in play. (Sheridan has expressed interest in it, but also admitted there are challenges since this is a real-life working ranch.)

Our hope is that viewers do show up in big numbers to the Beth – Rip show. While they may not have been the most famous of the cast members in the original, they absolutely were among the most dynamic characters.
