The Pitt season 2 episode 6: Is Dr. Al in big trouble?

As we look more towards The Pitt season 2 episode 6 on HBO Max, is one of the big themes of the season going to be consequences? After all, consider some of the following: Robby could cause problems for the hospital if he does not deal with his Langdon issues. Meanwhile, Santos is falling behind on her charts and taking her eye off the ball with some of her patients, and we remain pretty worried that Mel could have a head injury that wrecks some of the shift moving forward.
Then, of course, you have one of Robby’s biggest foils for the season in Dr. Al-Hashimi. We know that she is only meant to be at the hospital in a temporary capacity and yet, she is currently trying to implement all sorts of changes. Take, for her example, the nickname for the ER. Or, the implementation of AI.

Now is there a chance that consequences could lead to her being out of a job sooner rather than later? If nothing else, we do think that there could be something interesting that comes from her shift suddenly ending and without warning — and all thanks to the AI she has been so passionately pushing.
Think about the promo for episode 6 for a moment, one that strongly indicates that the “error rate” of the charting app could lead to someone facing further medical complications. If she refuses to accept the consequences of this, could she be fired? Could her stint be over before we know it? This would be one of the few twists no one saw coming, and it could leave the hospital in a pickle given Robby’s impending sabbatical. Would it force him to stay? Or, would it bring Dr. Abbot into the fold again? These are things we are currently left to wonder.
