Landman season 3 premiere date: A February 2026 update
Is there any chance that we are going to be hearing more about Landman season 3, including a premiere date, between now and the end of February?
Of course, we do not blame anyone who is ready to learn something more about the future of the Billy Bob Thornton series at this point. Just remember that Paramount+ has already renewed the series and we are in a great spot where, at least for now, we do not have to worry about that. Instead, the main concern is just waiting to see when filming is going to start, who could be joining the show, and then finally when we are going to have a chance to see it back.

For now, we really should just start off here by noting that as of right now, the plan for Landman is for the third season to enter production around May. That is a little later than season 2, but as of right now, it does not negate the possibility of it returning to Paramount+ either in November or December. However, we do not think that we are going to be getting an official premiere date anytime soon. The earliest that we would expect some announcement there is in July or August and even that may be a little bit early.
The important thing to note here with the streaming service is that they have every incentive in the world to get this show to viewers sooner rather than later. However, that hardly means that they are going to rush anything along! They want to ensure that Taylor Sheridan and the whole team have a chance to make a story that is incredibly dramatic and compelling. Fingers crossed, Tommy having his own oil company with much of his inner circle will amplify the stakes.
