Are you going to have a chance to see Power Book IV: Force season 3 episode 8 on Starz next week? This honestly feels like a good question to ask from the get-go. After all, there are so many series going off the air Christmas Week, and a lot of shows at the network have historically gone off the air during their season for a week.

Well, here’s where we can hand over some good news: You will get more Tommy next week! The episode “Build Back Better” is slated for December 26. What is a little bit curious is that the series is airing both on this day and January 2, effectively sticking around for the entire holiday season. However, it will take a week off on January 9 before the series finale airs on January 16. Does this make a lot of sense to us? Hardly, but this is a network that tends to follow the beat of its own drum.

Ultimately, with there only being three more episodes left of Power Book IV: Force, you better believe that all of them are going to be intense. Characters could die, allegiances could shift, and the world of Chicago could be altered significantly. Starz is not giving too much away about season 3 episode 8 as of this writing, but the synopsis below does work in part to set the stage:

After a major shakeup, Tommy moves fast to rebuild, and the stakes are higher than ever.

As we go through the rest of this show, of course we are keeping it stored away in our head the end of Power Book II: Ghost, where you see Tariq on the phone. Was he speaking to Tommy? A lot of theories online seem to think so, and that is one of many things we’re wondering about as we get closer to the finale. After all, it does seem like everything at this point could be setting the stage for another show…

What are you hoping to see on Power Book IV: Force season 3 episode 8, let alone the rest of the series?
