Following the events of the premiere today, do you want to know a little bit more about Mayor of Kingstown season 4 episode 2? Make no mistake that we are eager for the future. After all, how can we not be? We tend to think that there is all sorts of great stuff coming.

Well, first and foremost, here is your reminder that a changing of the guard is a huge part of this season, a key consequence of what happens with Edie Falco coming on board. This is going to be a huge adjustment for Mike, as he has to deal with someone formidable running the prison and not giving him access to things in the way he once wanted. How is he going to be able to deal with that?

We are still pretty early in the season and by virtue of that, we do at least think there are a few more mysteries that will be fun to unravel. Where we are with Mike now should not be where we are by the time we get to the finale and in all honesty, why would we even want that? What is a little more interesting at this point is just how the writers are going to be able to continue pivoting after the end of last season led to so many deaths. That is not a process that should be rushed by any means.
