‘Royal Pains’ season 5 spoilers: Check out the first promo!

Get ready to start celebrating, “Royal Pains” fans … HankMed is going to be back in action soon.

Six months after we saw a winter wedding-themed special close of the show’s fourth season, our favorite concierge doctor will be back on USA beginning on Wednesday, June 12 with all-new episodes. Based on the show’s first promo (which was just released via TV Guide), it also appears as though he is going to be in for quite an interesting time.

The first thing that really is worth pointing out here is that Hank is seemingly in a much better physical state than at the end of last season, where the after-effects of a certain explosion at Boris’ estate were causing him to suffer from some serious symptoms. Thanks to a pretty significant time jump of just about as long as the show has been off the air, he now seems to be back in business.

While we get another look at Henry Winkler in the promo as Hank and Evan’s dad Eddie, the promo is still coy about some of the other story-lines coming up. We know that Divya ended the winter season still together with her new boyfriend Rafa after the two decided to void out their Las Vegas wedding, but who knows if they will still be together? As avid fans of Dr. Jeremiah Sacani, we are admittedly hoping for some movement on the front of these two getting together.

There is a pretty impressive array of guest stars coming up on the show, as well, including “American Horror Story” actress Frances Conroy (playing the show’s version of Victoria Grayson) in addition to “Community” star Danny Pudi.
