‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2, episode 19 preview: Is Captain Hook back?

Following the “Once Upon a Time” behind-the-scenes episode on Sunday night, ABC was kind enough to present us with a brand-new promo for the rest of the season, from next week’s episode “Lacey” onward to the two-part season finale.

So is Captain Hook going to be back in action next week? Sadly, we are not able to say for sure at this point. While we do in fact see the character returning before the finale, it’s not known when it will be. All we can say with confidence is that Tamara is going to give him an offer: lend her a helping hand (possibly the one with the hook on it), since he has the talent to actually know how to take out fairy-tale creatures effectively. If the two work together, they can be killing machines.

Ultimately, we don’t even know for sure that Hook will help her. Why? While it is pretty apparent that Hook wants revenge on Rumpelstiltskin, we have not seen anything yet to make us believe that he has any intent at all to harm anyone else. Meanwhile, Tamara just seems out for the blood of every mythical character out there, and we don’t really know or understand what her motivation is. All we know for sure is that she has recruited the help of Greg, who has a serious bone to pick with Regina over the disappearance of his father so many years ago during the early days of Storybrooke.
