‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10 spoilers: How will Alan move forward?
Breakups and “Two and a Half Men” in many ways go together like a visit to a football game and one embarrassingly dunk guy in the stands: it’s inevitable. However, these is something that surprises us still about the end of Alan Harper’s relationship with Lyndsey. Why is that? While it makes plenty of sense that this is really something everyone should have seen coming a mile away, at the same time Lyndsey had already proven herself to be a bit of a saint. After all, she had already traveled so far down this road with a guy who clearly is not always the poster child for model behavior, so why stop now?
Regardless of the reason, the official synopsis below for “Another Night with Neil Diamond,” the next episode airing on April 25, makes it very clear that Jon Cyer’s character is very much back on the market.
“Alan has trouble coping when Lyndsey dumps him and Walden must find a way to help him get back on his feet.”
So why the long wait? We have a feeling that this is probably the question that many people are going to be asking themselves right now, primarily since there have already been a few breaks in the past month. Really, you just have to blame the fact that CBS ran so many consecutive episodes in the fall. The network knows that more people are traditionally watching than in the spring, so there’s not as much sense in burning off many episodes during the March and April months. The show will be back to make its money during the May sweeps, and then it’s just a question as to when the likely deal for season 11 will be complete.
Are you sad for Alan at all, or did you (like everyone else) see this coming from a mile away? If you want to read our review of Thursday night’s “Two and a Half Men” episode, you can do so over at the link here.
