‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4 spoilers; Who could rise from the dead?
When you consider that “The Vampire Diaries” universe already has the likes of witches and werewolves running around, it’s really not too hard to imagine that we could also at some point end up seeing some zombies … though we’re not so much talking about the kind that we saw on “The Walking Dead” this past season.
On the subject of whether or not we could see the likes of Jeremy or some other deceased character appear on the show moving forward thanks to the Big Bad known as Silas, executive producer Julie Plec had the following to say as a part of a new interview with SheKnows:
“Given that the season is about Silas’s desire to break down the vamps of the other side and unleash all the supernatural beings back onto Earth, I think I feel pretty safe in saying his plan will not be completely foiled. With luck, our heroes will be able to triumph and not bring on the supernatural apocalypse. I definitely think we’ll see a few familiar faces before the season’s out. I think that it’s possible, as we try to win Elena’s humanity back [by] facing some of her past stuff that represents humanity could be glimpsed again.”
Of course, we’re sure that Jeremy is not the only person that fans of the show would want to see back in some shape or form. While Matt Davis had to spend much of the past year filming “Cult,” we know that there is probably still a contingent of people who’s love to see Alaric again (though this seems unlikely given that he pretty much rose from the dead already last year).
What do you think: is seeing some “Vampire Diaries” come back to the dead interesting to you, or would you rather just stick with the people that we already have? Be sure to share some of your thoughts below, and you can also check out some photos of Damon and Elena at prom over at the link here.
