‘Bones’ season 8, episode 21 preview: Where ‘Judge Judy’ meets ‘The People’s Court’
On Monday night’s new episode of “Bones” season 8, we are going to see a completely different sort of show ultimately taken for a spin: the daytime court drama. These are typically over-the-top programs with whiny plaintiffs, unprepared defendants, and of course some sort of strongly-opinionated judge who is really the only person in attendance that actually realizes week in and week out that this is a television show meant to entertain people.
When it actually comes to revealing details about this episode (entitled “The Maiden in the Mushrooms,” the promo below really does not do very much (even if it does get your heart pumping); luckily, we also have the official synopsis to share now courtesy of Fox, which should fill in some more of the cracks for you:
“The Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of a TV producer. Meanwhile, Brennan has trouble accepting the fact that Christine might be an ‘average’ child, when her daughter gets accused of biting another classmate. Then, Hodgins uses all of his tools at the Jeffersonian to chemically recreate Finn’s (guest star Luke Kleintank) special hot sauce.”
Do you think the idea behind this “Bones” episode is a particularly strong one? Be sure to share some of your thoughts below, and you can also read some more details when it comes to meeting Brennan’s mom over at the link here.
