ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: More on a ghost from Emily’s past

For much of “Revenge” this far, the story has revolved largely around Emily Thorne and her attempts to take down people within the Hamptons that have wronged her, with the pair of Conrad and Victoria Grayson being the primary targets. While these two will likely continue to be so over the course of the upcoming episodes, we are also now getting the opportunity to learn that she will be getting the chance to take on a few other people as well.

We reported earlier this year that Emily would be getting a chance to meet up with her former foster brother later this season from back when she used to refer to herself as Amanda Clarke, and now the official synopsis for “Victory,” the seventeenth episode of this season, makes it clear that this will be the hour in which he appears (via SpoilerTV):

“As Victoria asks Amanda’s foster brother for help with her charitable foundation, Emily seizes an opportunity to settle a score with someone from her past.”

What may be interesting to us is just how Victoria gets into contact with this character, and also why. Does she realize that a young Amanda had a poor relationship with this guy, or is she really just doing this as a way to give the family more good PR in order to support Conrad’s run for Governor? We certainly anticipate him being a noble soldier for her cause either way, at least until he comes in contact with somewhat who has a certain taste for vengeance.
