‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4, episode 15 preview: Elena, Stefan deliver bad news

Just in case you were not depressed enough over what is happening to Jeremy on “The Vampire Diaries” season 4 at the moment, the following sneak peek will very well send you into tears. After all, it features a painful moment that you never really want to see.

While this clip is in particular rather brief, it still manages to show off something that is extremely painful: Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) carrying Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), seemingly still dead, up a flight of stairs while Caroline watches on. Candice Accola’s character has been spending the past several couple of episodes back in Mystic Falls while many of her friends were up at the island, and it has not been a particularly easy time for her, either, given the fact that Tyler has taken off yet again to escape Klaus … and we don’t really know just how long he will be gone.

For this particular moment, though, Caroline decides to not discuss the Tyler situation in order to focus most of her energy on what is going on with Jeremy. Is there going to be any way to save this character at all from his fate? We know that every single member of Elena’s inner circle will spend much of the episode trying to figure it out, but there is no word as to whether or not it will work. We know that there is a major death that is set to rock the world of the show moving forward … but is anyone out there starting to think that Jeremy’s passing could be a little bit obvious?
