‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9, episode 10 preview: Happy times for Callie and Arizona

Fans of Callie and Arizona have been waiting for a reason to smile for much of “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, and they finally started to have one during Thursday night’s new episode “Run, Baby, Run” courtesy of the realization that Arizona no longer has so many reasons to be afraid of living her life.

With that in mind, the two are about to start getting intimate again … or at least this is the indication given to us courtesy of the promo for the January 10 episode “Things We Said Today.” Callie is seen in one seen boasting about her and Arizona finally making the jump back into a physical relationship, though there is no proof yet that it actually happens.

As for some other relationships, we will be seeing some interesting progression. For one, Jackson will start to get romantic with one of the new interns at Seattle Grace, which of course raises the question of just how April is going to feel about it. Will she finally be jealous enough to admit some of her feelings for him, or is this yet again a lost cause thanks to some of her own insecurities? We will find out.

Speaking of insecurities, the question will be raised yet again as to whether or not Bailey and Ben are actually going to be married. Chandra Wilson’s character opted to skip the big day in order to care for Webber’s ailing wife Adele, and while this was a noble move for her to make given her longtime friendship with Richard, it’s also understandable that it would make Ben at least a little bit nervous.
