‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6 spoilers: A new look for Kunal Nayyar?

While Kunal Nayyar’s character of Raj on “The Big Bang Theory” has not been so lucky as to find love (though this could be changing at some point this season), he has been lucky to take part in some of the crazier scenes in the history of the show. For one example, think back to him and Howard’s wrestling challenge; or for another, remember his elaborate Bollywood dance routine with Bernadette. With so much of his hopes and dreams stuck firmly in his head, he tends to have a little bit more fun when it comes to his imagination.

So are we going to see even more of this fun coming up soon with the character? Based on a new tweet coming from the actor today (which was retweeted from executive producer Bill Prady), it looks as though there could be something very funny on the horizon:

“Up at 5am for a long makeup session. You are going to enjoy the outcome of this… Stay tuned:)”

So what in the world could the focus of this be? There are a number of intriguing possibilities, whether it be some sort of dance sequence, a dream on the part of the character, or maybe him just dressing up as his favorite superhero or comic character for a convention. Regardless, we are pretty sure that it will be entertaining based on the commitment that Nayyar brings to what is the most-underrated role on television’s most-watched comedy.
