NCIS season 17: Mark Harmon’s Late Show interview; new Ziva clip!
In terms of the interview itself, it began with a discussion of what it was like for Mark to meet Johnny Carson, and it eventually led to him talking about how he didn’t even get to speak the first time that he was on a talk about! While we’re sure that there are some out there who would’ve liked more NCIS talk in the interview, there’s something quite nice about getting to hear an interview that is mostly about Mark the person. There is some really great stuff in here!

If you do want some more NCIS-related content, rest assured that there is something for you below as well! There was a short sneak peek for Tuesday’s episode that aired at the end of the interview, one that features Gibbs calling up Ziva’s emergency number and summoning her. Why? He’s learned that Bishop has been supposedly doing some stuff behind-the-scenes for her. The twist is, though, that Ziva never apparently asked Bishop to do anything — meaning that someone could be setting her up. Ziva will eventually work with Gibbs and the remainder of NCIS in this episode to do the one thing necessary to reunite with her family.
To say that we’re excited for this episode is an understatement. In general, we’d argue that season 17 is the best season in years for NCIS, and the Ziva storyline — plus giving more great material to Mark as Gibbs — are some of the big reasons why.
