Black Lightning season 3 episode 9 spoilers: The fight to save Jennifer

Do you want to know what’s coming in regards to Black Lightning season 3 episode 9? Let’s start off with this note: It’s the winter finale. This is going to be a big week coming for the character, given that Jefferson is also going to be bracing for Crisis on Infinite Earths. Yet, at the same time, you’re going to see a major struggle within this specific show, as well.

WINTER FINALE – The Pierce family fears for Jennifer’s (China Anne McClain) life. Cress Williams, Nafessa Williams, Christine Adams, James Remar, Damon Gupton, Marvin Jones III and Jordan Calloway also star. Tasha Smith directed the episode written by Lamont Magee (#309). Original airdate 12/9/2019.

So clearly, the folks over at The CW aren’t giving us that much to go on here … not that we really consider that to be all that much of a surprise. With an episode having this sort of high stakes, we have to imagine things getting especially crazy here. In some ways, we’re even hoping for that so that we have something crazy to cling to until the show comes back on the air.

No matter what it is, don’t expect it to be addressed too much by Jefferson in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Remember that there is no dedicated episode of the crossover that is all about Black Lightning, so it’s more like the character is making a cameo in the upcoming crossover than anything else.
