Is NCIS new tonight on CBS? What to know about upcoming stories

NCIS

Is NCIS new tonight on CBS? In this story, we’re going to take a good look at that — in addition to detailing some of the great stuff you can expect coming up!

Of course, let us begin by getting some of the rather-unfortunate news out of the way: The series is taking the week off, at least in terms of airing new episodes. Why do this? Maybe it’s to give production time, maybe it was in anticipation of a World Series game 6, or maybe it was because they knew people would be getting ready for Halloween and may not be watching anywhere near as much live TV. To matter, this is the place that we’ve gotten to at this point.

To go along with that video, we do want to do your best in order to preview all of the excitement that is coming up through the next few episodes! There’s no guarantee that there will be an episode Thanksgiving Week, but you’ll see all sorts of good stuff leading up to it. Check out some of the synopses below to commence getting amped up…

Episode 6 – “Institutionalized” – After a petty officer’s son is found murdered at his “welcome home from prison” party, evidence suggests Kasie’s lifelong best friend, Dante Brown (Devale Ellis), is the suspect, on NCIS, Tuesday, Nov. 5 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Episode 7 – “No Vacancy” – While investigating a Marine’s murder, the NCIS team uncovers a labyrinth of live-streaming spy cameras hidden in the rooms of a Virginia motel, on NCIS, Tuesday, Nov. 12 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Episode 8 -“Musical Chairs” – The NCIS team investigates the murder of a musician in the Navy’s most elite band that performs at diplomatic events around the world, on NCIS, Tuesday, Nov. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

While there’s nothing in these synopses that hint towards us getting to see a significant, long-term storyline play out, there could still be some interesting cases. Add to this the knowledge that Cote de Pablo will be returning for at least another couple of episodes, and we feel we’re going to be in for a good rest of the season. We’ll just have to wait for it first.
