Hawaii Five-0 season 10 spoilers: First Katrina Law photo!
The image above is one of the first of the Arrow actress as her new character Quinn Liu, someone who is looking to make a big splash around the Task Force. While details about her personal backstory are not 100% clear as of yet, we know that she’s someone who will appear as an ally to the team. (Let’s just hope that it will remain that way.) The synopsis for the first episode reveals that a new ally is going to surface as McGarrett and company do battle against an assassin, someone looking to take down some notable mob bosses. Sure, the mob doesn’t feel like the sort of people the police would be altogether eager to protect, but this is the thing with good police — they protect and serve everyone.

As for the second photo we have from this episode below, it shows McGarrett looking forlorn over something with the police siren in the background. This is a simple reminder of the physical and mental toll of the job, if you did not know of it already. While Steve and the rest of the task force have been able to save many lives over the course of their careers, you can’t save everyone. Not every single case is going to be a victory. This is something that they all know at this point, and we imagine that it’s going to continue to be a big theme of the show leading into the new season.
All indications that we have at the moment suggest that we are gearing up for an emotional premiere — seeing Katrina will be fantastic, but we don’t think we’ll learn everything about her in a single episode. Hawaii Five-0 has shown patience over the years when it comes to dealing with the new characters.
