‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5: Who’s taking a turn for the worse?
There really are a number of remarkable things about watching a season of “Sons of Anarchy,” but one that we are especially looking forward to seeing is the potential downfall of someone who was once a pretty upstanding citizen of the Charming community: Roosevelt. As we said in our previous article, this is a man who is going to be both “lost” and bent on revenge after what happened to his family during last week’s episode; and now, we have a better idea just how desperate for payback he is really going to be.
Speaking once again to reporters after the episode, Rockmond Dunbar (who is behind the sheriff character) gave what has to be one of the most ominous teasers we have ever heard when asked to give us an idea of just what we are going to be seeing from his character moving forward into the later part of this season:
“He definitely invites evil into his world.”
While this really may be a pretty simple message, it’s one with pretty big implications. After all, in the world of “Sons of Anarchy” evil is a concept that is not taken lightly, especially when one of heroes in Jax is still a man who actively engages in violence and an assortment of other illegal activities. Considering what sort of consequences typically come out of this behavior, it’s also pretty safe to assume that Roosevelt is going to be for a rough time moving forward.
Considering how Dunbar initially thought he was not even going to see his character live to see this season, do you think he will be a goner by the time season 5 wraps up?

Man ole man!!! This is going to be good, it’s hard to tell what any thing will happen, Kurt has done a great job of stuffing my own fist in my mouth when I once thought would happen. Roosevelt is one bad-ass motherbleep. I for one don’t doubt his ability to take care of himself, at that, didn’t he use to be apart of a gang task force in Oakland, CA.? Well either way, I don’t see him dying or letting up until whoever he feels is responsible is killed by his bare hands. His statement to “He definitely invites evil into his world” sounds like a man who doesn’t give a sh*t, will be interesting no doubt. Cannot wait for tomorrow’s new episode. Thank you for the awesome update Carter. Kudos
