‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5 spoilers: Big Otto returns in episode 6 photos
Just in case any of you wanted to see “Sons of Anarchy” executive producer Kurt Sutter back actually on his show again, we have some good news coming your way courtesy of some new photos: Big Otto is coming back on Tuesday night.
For the episode entitled “Small World,” we are going to see Sutter jump in front of the camera for the first time all season long. Typically, we’re not really a fan whenever showrunners decide to play an acting role on their series unless it is a case like Louis C.K. or Lena Dunham where they have been doing so since the beginning. However, there is something about Sutter’s look that really embodies the spirit of the show, and his character actually adds something more rather than just an Easter egg for folks wanting to see him on TV.
Sadly, the official synopsis by the network does about as much for us in setting up the rest of the season as all of the others have done. In other words, nothing:
“Jax brings a new proposal to the club with serious consequences. Written by Roberto Patino; directed by Adam Arkin.”
Is Jax’s proposal something that involves Nero, or are we looking instead at a Damon Pope situation here? At the moment, this is really the question that we are hoping to have an answer to … and we’re not sure Big Otto, interesting as he is, can solve this.
What do you want to see transpire in this episode?

Otto isn’t going to get out of prison because he’s on death row. Also, Tara mentioned she was volunteering at the prison, so that’s obviously how she’s going to meet Otto. Poor Otto. As far as being fked by the club goes, he’s right up there with Opie, rest his soul. I heart Kurt Sutter, btw. Frickin’ genius.
