Dynasty season 2 episode 21 preview: ‘Thicker Than Money’

Want to know some of what’s next on Dynasty season 2 episode 21? This episode, entitled “Thicker Than Money,” is the last before the show’s big finale a little bit later in the month, and the writers are obviously going to have to push the story forward in a big, meaningful way. That’s probably going to be the only way that they’re going to get to where they really need to get to for the finale to make sense. There’s a lot of stuff we still want to know in terms of what’s going to happen with Fallon personally and professionally, and that’s without even getting into some of the other crazy stuff that Elizabeth Gillies has been doing on this show.

This episode is going to be about showing you as much of the world as possible, and then at some point, focusing inward on a few specific things and what they mean. It’s going to cover some ground for Fallon and also show some drama between Blake and Cristal. This could in particular be one of the biggest episodes of the season for Blake, so go ahead and prepare for that.

A TALE OF TWO DYNASTIES – Fallon’s (Elizabeth Gillies) pursuit of a game-changing deal for Femperial is complicated when Blake (Grant Show) asks her to mentor Adam (Sam Underwood) in all things Carrington and help him retain control of the Atlantix. Meanwhile, a rift arises between Blake and Cristal (Ana Brenda Contreras) when he asks her to choose between her family and his. Rafael de la Fuente, Sam Adegoke, Robert Christopher Riley, Maddison Brown and Alan Dale also star. The episode was written by Jenna Richman & Kevin A. Garnett and directed by Ken Fink (#221). It’s still somewhat interesting to us that next week is not the Dynasty season 2 finale, given that we are so close now to the end of May sweeps and the last episode is actually airing on the other side of it. Why do that? We do wonder if it’s the sort of thing that could at least help the ratings for the last episode, given that it will air without a little bit less in the way of big competition. (Granted, it’s still going to be up against Blindspot and Agents of SHIELD, so it’s not like there is zero competition out there.) Let’s just hope that season 2 episode 21 will serve as a solid foundation, and then we’ll get a chance to see what the remainder of the story holds after the fact in the finale.

No matter what, rest assured that there is still a season 3.
