SEAL Team season 2 episode 20 preview: Who’s hitting ‘Rock Bottom’?

SEAL Team season 2

We don’t think that we have to tell you that SEAL Team season 2 episode 20 is going to be a tough, emotional one — clearly, it’s one in a series of tear-jerkers. Tonight was largely a spotlight on Brett Swan and some of the issues that await service members back home; moving forward, you’re going to see some of the focus shift back to Bravo Team, especially the back-and-forth when it comes to Jason and Ray. (Tonight, their stories were spread a little bit around.)

Throughout most of this spring, Ray’s been on his way downhill due to a number of different issues, whether it be the time away from his family, losing faith, drinking, and getting a little bit difficult for some others to communicate with. This has been one of the toughest stretches of his life and it doesn’t seem like anyone’s given him the tough love that he needs. Series star David Boreanaz has noted in some interviews that some of these moments are coming, but clearly, we’re not there just yet.

If you do want to get some more news when it comes to SEAL Team season 2 episode 20, we recommend now that you check out the attached synopsis:

“Rock Bottom” – The tension between Jason and Ray comes to a head, and Lisa faces her final test in officer candidate school, on SEAL TEAM, Wednesday, May 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

So what is the good news coming into this episode? A lot of that depends on where you look. We’re confident that there could be something good coming up for Davis, given the fact that she’s finishing OCS potentially and could find a new place for herself. Obviously, our hope is that we inch ever closer to getting her back around Bravo Team (especially Sonny), but you gotta take things one step at a time.

It may be hard to remember in the midst of seeing some of the other stuff that we are with Jason, Ray, and some other folks throughout the show, but there’s probably another military mission during this episode … mostly because there always is. There’s going to be some element of dangerous stuff before the end of this season that puts some team members in jeopardy. Remember that there are only three episodes left … and the feeling of nervousness is amplified by the fact that we don’t know whether or not there is a third season yet.
