Celebrity Big Brother 2 live feed spoilers: Likely nominations (day 19)

We’re not anticipating all that much in the way of notable news from Celebrity Big Brother 2 today. After all, it’s Super Bowl Sunday! We don’t think that production is really going to want to do all that much when it comes to the show at the moment.

Let’s talk, at least for now, about what we’re expecting in terms of nominations. Tamar Braxton won Head of Household, and with that, it seems assured that she will nominate Kato Kaelin and Tom Green for eviction. She’s handed down every single indication possible that this is happening within the game last night, and it doesn’t really seem like there is really anything that either Tom or Kato can do to campaign. Kato appears to be the target, so for Tom, he needs to mostly make sure that Kato doesn’t win the Veto. If he can do that, there’s at least a chance that he can try and regroup a little bit in the game.

The problem that he may run into even then is that there’s a massive us vs. them sort of philosophy in the house right now. While it’s hard to claim that Tom or Kato or innocent in why the house environment is like it is (they turned a lot of people against them with their paranoia), at the same exact time, the miserable environment in the game isn’t the most fun to watch. Tom and Kato don’t seem to get why they’ve done all that much wrong, while the other side of the house mostly just bashes them. Tom said overnight that he really doesn’t want to be there anymore — we don’t take that as him quitting, but rather just vocalizing his frustrations over how the current game is going. We do think that it’s all being taken way too seriously this year, though there are some specific reasons for that. For starters, producers cast someone in Lolo Jones who is insanely competitive; beyond that, Tamar’s got a personal reason to want to go after Kato after his Miss Cleo comment and the controversy that followed. If he ends up getting evicted on Monday, we hope that this will lighten the overall mood and the tone of the house a little bit.

We’ll come back later with another update if there is one — we just don’t have high hopes given that Tom and Kato are probably going to try and lay low.
