Manifest episode 10 return date hopes for Josh Dallas, cast
Let’s kick things off here with this simple reminder — there are still a handful of episodes still to come this year. NBC ordered 16 installments in total for Manifest season 1, a move that they did intentionally in order to ensure that the show didn’t sacrifice quality in pursuit of quantity. This is absolutely a move that we endorse, and it’s also something that we hope many other networks take on further in the future rather than just over-stuffing shows for the sake of doing so.
Of course, in the wake of Manifest having a shorter episode count, one of the things that we did find ourselves wondering entering the episode tonight was whether or not we could see the show have an extremely long hiatus, or just go ahead and give us the remainder of the season 1 episodes early next year — in other words, something that actually does make a certain degree of sense. It’s what NBC does already with This Is Us, so why not go ahead and also do something fairly similar to it here? Our hope was that the network would make the remainder of Manifest season 1 available in January, where it would air following new episodes of America’s Got Talent: The Champions — still very much a worthy lead-in. It’s the same sort of thing that you can easily say about The Voice.
Return Date Confirmed – Manifest is going to be coming back on the air on January 7 with new episodes. In other news, you won’t be waiting all that long!
As for what we are expecting to see, at the forefront of the story could be a new, very-specific threat, someone who is intent on taking down Ben and some of the other passengers from flight 828. It’s already clear that he and several others are set up now to have to deal with a good bit of peril. At the end of tonight’s installment, it was 100% revealed that Autumn Cox was set up to betray Ben / Michaela and look like someone who escaped the experiments. Her role will likely continue in some way.
Meanwhile, elsewhere we imagine that the relationship issues with Ben and Grace are not entirely over. Even though the two characters may not be together anymore, they do still have some other issues that they are going to have to take on, especially since Cal is deeply involved in everything at this point even if Grace may not want it. A part of it is very well just his destiny at this point.
