What’s happened to her? Well, the November 8 installment entitled “Nightmare Logic” is going to have a chance to explore that a little bit further … while also hopefully exploring the idea of nightmares themselves.
Below, CarterMatt has the Supernatural season 14 episode 5 synopsis with some other information regarding what’s ahead:
DARE TO DREAM – After a hunt gone wrong leaves Maggie’s (guest star Katherine Evans) whereabouts unknown, Sam (Jared Padalecki) Dean (Jensen Ackles), Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) and Bobby (guest star Jim Beaver) race to find her, but what they find are their own worst nightmares. Darren Grant directed the episode written by Meredith Glynn (#1405). Original airdate 11/8/2018.
The funny thing after reading this is that you can say that it sounds like the perfect Halloween episode for Supernatural … but you could really say this about almost any episode when you think about it. This is a series that just has a way with managing to tell creepy stories that appeal to a wide array of viewers. We just hope that this one lives up to the expectations that we’ve got for it — especially since we’ve got more Jim Beaver! We’ve been certainly lucky to have so much of him in season 14 and we certainly hope that this is a trend that continues for some time. The same goes for getting a chance to see as many familiar faces as we are in general; it’s nice that the show has found a number of fascinating things to do with Mary.
