Grey’s Anatomy season 15 episode 6 preview: Day of the Dead
“Flowers Grow Out of My Grave” seems to be based, at least in part, on the popular Dia de Muertos holiday, as over the course of the hour, many different doctors at the Grey Sloan will reminisce about the people who are no longer around. Does that mean that people are actually going to think about Lexie and Mark again? We sure hope so. This is going to be an emotional hour, but it doesn’t seem as though any departed characters are going to be coming back. (We do miss Derek, but at least the show has recognized his existence on at least a fairly-regular basis.)

Meredith has a patient whose family is celebrating Day of the Dead, making the doctors remember loved ones they have lost. Richard shares unexpected news with Meredith about her father, Thatcher. Meanwhile, Teddy tries to tell Owen that she is pregnant but they get sidetracked, and Jo encourages Link to pursue one of the doctors.
There are a few different questions we wonder here, starting of course with who Link could end up dating. Could he be going after Meredith? That’s one clear possibility, given that they’re both single and Link isn’t anything like Derek. That could actually help them.
As for Teddy’s story, we really do how that the two of them have the heart-to-heart they so desperately need within this episode, mostly because the longer that this goes, the harder it is going to be for these characters when the truth
