What’s going to be so much fun about this episode is that you’re getting a nice blend of something important to Steve’s past alongside something that is very important to his present. The restaurant has been in the works now for well over a year, and we’ve started to get to the point where they are stocking up on actual product. There’s no guarantee that this restaurant will be a success, but we like to think that it will be — it’s an excellent plan for Steve and Danny in the event they ever do want to take some time away from Five-0. As it is, this is just another project that they can work on during some of their off hours.
