Elementary season 6 episode 18 preview: Tom Everett Scott returns

Elementary season 6 episode 18

Want to know what lies ahead on Elementary season 6 episode 18? Let’s just say it starts with the return of a familiar face. It’s been a while since we’ve seen Tom Everett Scott in the role of Henry Baskerville, but it certainly is a welcome reprisal. The last time that he was on the show was for the 2016 episode “Hounded,” which was a clear play on the classic Sir Arthur Conan Doyle story. It’s also one of the reasons why we’re glad to see this character around, mostly because the more that they nod towards the source material, the better off that the show is going to be as a whole.

The Elementary season 6 episode 18 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some more information on what lies ahead:

“The Visions of Norman P. Horowitz” – Holmes and Watson search for a killer choosing victims based on the predictions of a deceased man who claimed to foresee the future deaths of others, including the murder of Sherlock Holmes, on ELEMENTARY, Monday, August 27 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Tom Everett Scott returns as Henry Baskerville, Holmes and Watson’s wealthy former client, in an episode directed by Lucy Liu.

When it comes to the case for this episode, it may very well be one of the creepier ones that we’ve seen in some time. The prediction of these future deaths almost brings to mind Minority Report in a much more disturbed way, and we certainly have a feeling that Sherlock is going to be invested given that someone is making some sort of proclamation about his death.

Do we think that there is more going on in this episode beyond the information that we have here? Absolutely, mostly due to the fact that there are only a handful of stories still to come this season.
