Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Week 4 nominations (day 31)

Big Brother 20 premiere

The week 4 nominations happened inexplicably early in the Big Brother 20 house today, which we suppose is what happens when you take away the BB App Store twist. Also, production may have felt fine doing it early since this is one of the most low-stakes weeks imaginable for the show.

Sam officially nominated Haleigh and Kaitlyn for eviction this afternoon, which seemed to irritate Rockstar more than anyone given that she was apparently laughing through much of it. The transformation of Brett into full-on super-villain has been rather interesting. It feels like his Veto speech was the equivalent of him falling into a vat of acid and coming out like the Joker. These nominations aren’t really meant for a higher purpose like a backdoor or anything else; Sam doesn’t have the closest bond with either of them, and she also feels like getting rid of Kaitlyn now is a move nobody will be mad at.

Also, Sam’s aware of the fact that whoever goes home this week has a shot at returning to the game. If Kaitlyn leaves, there’s a chance that she doesn’t win the competition to come back. Beyond just that, Sam probably knows that Kaitlyn having a vendetta against her isn’t going to dramatically change her placement in the house. She really doesn’t have all that much in the way of influence.

What we know moving forward is this: We’re going to get a heck of a crazy week of Kaitlyn paranoia with her on the block, especially since she lost it at times last week just thinking that she could be the replacement nominee. The only way we foresee her somehow not going home is if she figures out a way to win the Veto. She did win that one Head of Household so it’s possible … but there was also a heavy component of luck there.
