Yellowstone episode 3 spoilers: What lies ahead in ‘No Good Horses’

Is Yellowstone episode 3 new tonight on the Paramount Network? Given that the series just started, it obviously makes sense that you would want to see the story continue in some capacity.

Unfortunately, the network is giving the show a brief break this week for the Fourth of July — though who knows? Maybe that’s good news for some of you who want to be able to go out and (understandably) do some other things tonight. The series will be back next week with an installment entitled “No Good Horses,” which sounds about as good of a title for a Western as you are going to find. This is an episode that is steeped in pain, peril, politics, and also some personal revelations. Given that this is a series with a limited episode order, it makes some sense for the producers to really get things going quickly with the Duttons and other characters.

If you haven’t seen the Yellowstone episode 3 tease just yet via the network, we suggest that you take a look at that below:

The Duttons deal with a painful family anniversary. Kayce saves a young girl from danger. Jamie and Beth plan their respective political careers. Rainwater makes an ominous threat to the Dutton legacy.

This episode, aside from the story, carries with it some of that immense pressure to keep carrying forward the impressive ratings reputation that Yellowstone has built up over the past couple of weeks. At least so far, this is the most-successful scripted property since Paramount Network became the new name for Spike TV. It needs to keep some of this momentum going for it to keep its hit status, and we certainly hope that it finds a way to have it happen. There aren’t enough shows with this sort of old-school flair out there, and we’re still so early in the run that things could go either way for it.
